I have an appreciation to where these are going...there is a part of me that knows that you can push yourself farther then what you have here. You know, its hard for me not to be crazy about your work, so I guess I am somewhat bias, but these I think have potential. Like Pirman always says in class when he isn't necessarly sure about our designs, "you have all the elements, I just think you need to assemble them in a different manner." That is not exactly what I mean, but a little bit. I have seen what you can do, and you have produced work that is truly brilliant and moving (at least to me). I think you have an idea, and, just like me, you need to shoot everything. The third picture of the reflection of the one standing by a puddle is strong. I am pulled by reflections in water, and I think you have somewhere to go with that in that picture. You cause a tension with your pictures because we don't "see" your subjects, so we have to make assumptions. You have achieved something that we all have tried-not telling a literal story.
I am sorry...I am all over the board here...I hope this helps, and when we meet tonight I will try to express it more clearly-but good start. I can't wait to see where you go with it.
