The second photo's composition/lighting is very moving for me. The windows are symmetrical which helps me focus on the relationship that you are in with the altar and the crucifix. I can't really describe the emotion it's contemplative, relaxed but yet I feel anxious as well.

As for the others I am interested in the point of view, and really enjoy the forms in which you are using. The last pose is really striking and it brings a different element to the photo, more than just a person standing in front of the closed door. Like an interpretive dance, your body is communicating something.

Lastly, good job on paying attention to light and shadow. It's something I don't always think about right away, and it definitely makes these stronger. I am excited about these :D

This was a hard space to get a handle on. I should have used a studio light to light up the space. But I used the excuse of time to limit my potential here. But I do find this space intriguing. I don't think the school would approve if they knew what I was doing in the chapels though. eek. But this was just something new to try, why not? So I'm glad that you got something from them, Monica.
