The first photo grabs my attention every time. I don't know what it is about his expression, the blue hue to the background and his eyes, or the way he was situated before you took the photo, but this is such a pure photo. I feel as though I can see right into him, but maybe even more so, that he can see into the viewer, saying "here i am. this is me." His eyes are piercing. But they are kind, and sad at the same time. The third produces a similar effect for me, but I keep coming back to this photo...the mixture of portraits/landscapes is a nice touch as well.
